Philosophy

I approach the complexity of the human body with great humility. My nutritional consultation practice is based on these 3 beliefs:

  • give the body building blocks to maintain and repair itself, then get out of the way.
  • optimal health demands optimal nourishment
  • we are complex beings but our needs are simple, affordable, and close at hand

About Wendy

Wendy’s interest in the power-of-food-to-heal emerged from her personal 40+ year struggle with “non-specific” gastrointestinal disorders. After many failed attempts at recovery, her choice was to go crazy or find her own solution!

She turned to the lessons of her previous 30 years as a jeweler … power and strength emerge when one celebrates the simplicity, balance, and synergy of the creative process. Within 18 months of initiating sound dietary changes that now constitute “3 Steps To Wellness” her digestive troubles resolved.
